Dosatron is a passive precision fertilizer doser that accurately mixes from the pressure of your incoming water. Inject nutrients, supplements/additives and pH adjusters into irrigation water with ease. No electricity needed.
Operating pressure range is 4.3 -85 PSI and water flow range is 0.05 – 11 GPM. Injection capabilities of 1:500 to 1:50 (0.2 – 2%) [0.256 to 2.560 ounces per gallon]. The unit has 3/4 in NPT connections and comes 6 ft suction hose complete with strainer.
Seal Options
Viton Seals Typically used for products with neutral to acidic pH. E.g. fertilizers, pesticides, acids (acidic pH adjusters), supplements, surfactants
Aflas Seals Generally used for products with a higher than neutral to alkaline pH. E.g. alkaline pH adjusters, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, potassium carbonate
Kalrez Seals Used for extremely aggressive products such as Peracetic acid (also known as peroxyacetic acid, or PAA) products. E.g. ZeroTol, SaniDate, etc.
